We were in Florence for two days and I practically ate only from them! The schiacciate are wonderful and come in many varieties! The venue is completely gluten-free, so absolute safety is guaranteed.

One of the best places to dine in Florence, the venue is not very large but welcoming and the staff is very kind, everything is gluten-free. As a celiac, my heart exploded when I tasted the coccoli with prosciutto and stracchino; they were magnificent, not to mention the green tortelloni with sausage and mortadella. I think I have never eaten so well in a restaurant since I became celiac.

Years and years I had desired fried gnocchi, or Coccoli as they call them here! Legendary, an amazing feast, soft and hot with stracchino melting on top! Great IPA beer! Super friendly staff.

Always Sgrano (the squashing place is located on Via dei Neri) they are the only ones who can guarantee ZERO contamination because they ONLY do GLUTEN-FREE.

Great menu with a good selection. Generous portions. Besides the cuddles (I recommend taking a portion for 4), we ordered 2 first courses. The pasta was very good, but the sauce was too flavorful. The paccheri with sea bream sauce, artichokes, and olives were drowning in oil. Meanwhile, the ravioli, which had a delicious filling, were loaded with butter and the bottarga was not of good quality. Everything is gluten-free. Friendly and helpful staff. I don't know if I would go back and give it another chance.

Fresh handmade pasta, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù and excellent pici strascicati. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with mushrooms were very bland. There is no risk of contamination, as the establishment solely offers gluten-free dishes. Very good craft beer! Staff not overly polite, service a bit slow. With a little more attention in the dining area, the place would have a lot of potential!!
