Mama Eat would deserve 6 stars if it were possible because their inclusive logic so we don’t feel "different" is a hug to the heart. They are certified, have a double kitchen, and I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

I already knew the restaurant in Milan, glad to hear there’s one in Florence too! Very nice staff and food for all tastes: fried pasta, pizza, everything you want! Personally, it’s a safe haven.

Personally, one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've had in Florence! They offer the whole menu completely gluten-free and are very attentive to other allergies as well. The first courses are less good, but the pizza is worth it.

Having tried the same chain in Naples, where it was a pleasant experience, I can say that this one went badly. The fried foods were nothing spectacular, the battered vegetables too greasy and heavy. It's serious that they couldn't make a decent Neapolitan dish and a cacio e pepe; the first one was sent back to the kitchen, and the second time it was slightly better but not enough. For a restaurant specializing in Neapolitan and Roman cuisine, these should be the basics. I didn't try the pizza, so I can't judge that. But I don't think I'll return, especially since the prices are quite high. I have nothing to say about food safety, having two kitchens they ensure no contamination.

I visited this restaurant with my family. The staff welcomes you and is very kind. They are also very attentive to the different intolerances and allergies of each customer, signaling foods that could have contamination, but this is not the case with gluten as they have two separate kitchens. The entire menu can be requested gluten-free safely. The venue is centrally located and resides in a beautiful historic building, well-furnished. Really pleasant. I would like to point out, hoping that the restaurant managers read me, that the dishes were a bit too salty and we felt it afterwards. Prices are average. It is a place that I definitely recommend.

The Mame Eat chain has finally landed in Florence. A certainty! Superb appetizers and croquettes. Delicious fried pizza. Very tasty first courses, as well as the second courses. A cross-section offer of typical dishes from Campania to Lombardy. In such a place, one would expect a top gluten-free pizza, but instead, it is perhaps the least impressive dish on the menu (better ones can be found in many other pizzerias). The menu can be ordered both with and without gluten (as well as for other intolerances, like lactose-free) because they have two separate kitchens. The location is very central and strategic, also for tourists. A lovely venue inside. There should be many more places like this!

Excellent experience: we ate very well, served with attention in an elegant place. Chicken and fries were good, and the fried montanare were delicious. A guarantee!
