Place with very questionable dishes! Rudeness is the order of the day! The place is too stressful and kept in unsatisfactory hygienic conditions! I went once and will not return!

crescentine, tagliatelle, tortellini, pizza and fantastic tiramisu! very kind staff. I recommend!!

everything is very good (better crescentine I've ever tried)

Absolutely fantastic pizza! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

There is a separate menu for gluten-free dishes. The food was good, but the service was very careless and inattentive. Very little selection of vegetarian dishes.

great pizza

One star just because they have gluten free options approved for celiacs by the Italian celiac association. Everything else was horrible, no space between the tables, we had a table next to a very stinking toilet and the entrance to the kitchen. The pizza was too thick and therefore soaked, the personnel was rude. On top of that the extra payment for a table is 5 euros, the most we ever payed in bologna and 2 euros for tab water with smelly glasses! I don't know how they approved it for a gluten free certification, but they should definitely inspect it for higenic standards! I hope I didn't get glutened as well!

Certified AIC locale for several years. For us celiacs, there is a varied menu, with many of the dishes also available in gluten versions, although not all. However, overall, the experience was not very pleasant because the staff was nothing short of unfriendly and rude. A special mention to Alessandro, the booking manager, who managed, with his surprising politeness, to ruin our last dinner in Bologna. Mr. Alessandro, when one of the diners requested to change a dirty glass, even slammed the glasses on the table. Compliments! Speaking of the food, I can only say that my tortellini and those of the others were all still a bit raw. The ragù was good, perhaps overly peppery. The gluten-free crescentine were very hard as if they had been made hours earlier and left there to be served. Nice location, but tables not suitable for an odd number of diners (one ends up at a table all alone). I don’t blame them for this, though. I recommend celiacs to go to other places, perhaps less central, but worth the price.

We visited the restaurant because my sister cannot consume gluten. Dear waiter who served us — each of us spoke Italian, but my sister knew it better, which is why she also ordered for us. I heard very clearly your comment and grimace when you saw that I was drinking water from a wine glass instead of a regular glass. It was unnecessary and simply unkind. When you returned to the table and said you had been to Poland, I thought the atmosphere might improve. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Your opinion of my country was negative, and you described Polish women as obsessed with Italian men. Comments like that, directed at customers, are not appropriate at all. In the end, you thanked us for the visit, but you emphasized that you were “particularly” grateful to my sister — as if the level of gratitude depended on the knowledge of the language. This was also unprofessional and unnecessarily pointed. It was my birthday trip. Bologna welcomed us warmly and kindly — unfortunately, you were the only sour note in my memories. And that is truly a shame. And I would like to add one thing: Polish women do not “love Italians.” Polish women love good and kind people. And you were not that with us. Sincerely — I would recommend you take a break. Or a change of job, if contact with customers is a burden for you.

Lunch among friends, my daughter and I are gluten intolerant. We made a last-minute reservation: super welcoming, good wine, attentive staff - perhaps there was a bit of uncertainty at times in "delivering" the orders to the tables but... I'm still dreaming about the gluten-free ragĂą tagliatelle we had. The gramigna, the platter, and the dessert were good too. Honestly, the tagliatelle are worth the trip. Well done guys, we stumbled upon this place and we will gladly return! Disclaimer: no gluten-eaters were harmed, all diners left happy and satisfied!

Amazing food do not dismiss because of the decor. It doesn’t look like a local homemade pasta kind of place but it is and the food is honestly out of this world. I am celiac and have never eaten this well anywhere. The truffle triangle pasta was sensational. My friend who isn’t celiac at incredible homemade pasta also.

Great gluten-free pizza, classic pizza was also good according to the opinion of those who were with me.

We are 4 celiacs and we found ourselves in paradise at this restaurant! Everything was exquisite!!! We had crescentine, pizza, and homemade pasta!!! Tagliatelle, ravioli, and cappelletti filled with meat and a really good and delicate parmesan sauce!!! Moreover, the welcome was excellent, and the waiters were really kind and friendly. We will come back!!!

Really good crescentine both with mortadella and burrata and with Parma. Excellent gluten-free menu. The waiting times are a bit long. However, the first courses are truly good. Hand-made pasta. Nice location. Very kind staff. Top security.

The menu is extensive. I tried the Crescentine and the gramigna with parmesan cream and sausage, really really delicious! There is also the option to have dessert.

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Starting from the fact that often restaurants offering very diverse menus tend to be disappointing in terms of quality, we can say that this is absolutely not the case. We were a table of 8 people, including those with celiac disease. We ordered different first courses (gluten-free Parmigiana, Chicken Curry, gluten-free Tortellini, Caesar Salad, etc.) and everyone enjoyed the starters! The same goes for the desserts (cheesecake, gluten-free tiramisu, lemon sorbet). The service was quick despite the crowd, and the staff was attentive. Definitely worth trying, considering its central location! Furthermore, the venue is really clean and chic.

I ate very well, the menu aside everything gluten-free from appetizers to desserts.

GLUTEN FREE Good food, but unfortunately better for dinner than for lunch. At lunch, unfortunately, we found the place cold. Good food: I ordered tortellini with parmesan cream (they seemed like Schär tortellini). For dinner, however, I tried their tagliatelle with ragù: very generous portions and delicious. I give 3 to the service because, apart from 1 or 2 waiters, the others are distracted (for example, they leave the door of the place open, letting cold air in on the first tables near the entrance). Price is normal. Excellent location. I recommend the place as the food is good, but if you could ensure that all gluten-free pasta is handmade, it would really make a difference!

The staff accuse me of having ordered gluten after I had the napkin changed to show that I am celiac; I order a rare steak and end up with shoe soles.
1
Horrible pizza, burnt and it felt like eating paper. But at least I didn't feel sick afterwards.
4
Appetizer and first course very good. Friendly staff.
5
Great pizza and gluten-free desserts! We will come back.

I ate very well, appetizers, first course, and dessert, all gluten-free. The staff is really very attentive and kind.

Great! Rich gluten-free menu

From the reviews I read, I can't tell if I just picked the wrong day, but the waiters were uniquely unfriendly, and the tortellini I received were the frozen ones from Schär... For a place in the CENTER OF BOLOGNA, that seems like more than enough reason to give one star, but maybe they don't even deserve that. Shameful.

Often when I go to Bologna, this is one of my favorite places. I've always eaten well, and the prices are average despite being in the city center.
5
Wide choice and excellent dough! Courteous and kind staff, recommended!

a wide range of dishes, from appetizers to desserts. excellent typical cuisine of the area and a convenient location (if you are wandering around downtown). very attentive staff
5
Quality food, option for tortellini in broth.
5
They have an entire menu dedicated to gluten-free options! Appetizers, first courses, main courses, pizzas, and desserts! The first courses and pizzas are the highlights of the place, and even though the prices are slightly high, it is absolutely worth it. The waiters are fast, kind, and helpful, I will definitely come back.

very good food but not much choice

AIC certificate, extensive menu! You must try their homemade pasta, it's excellent!
5
Local AIC certificate! The staff is exquisite, very attentive and kind, the food is very good, the menu offers starters, main courses, desserts, and there is also a pizza option.

Very good pizza, I recommend the gourmet pizza Bologna. Well-trained staff and maximum safety. Decent menu with traditional first courses as well. Recommended.
5
Many great offers SG, all excellent. Typical Bolognese cuisine and excellent pizzas. Well-kept venue and very kind staff.

Very nice place, gluten-free menu, delicious tortellini, and super pizza.
4

I went to dinner last night at this restaurant with my wife and daughter, we ordered all gluten-free dishes and I must say everything was fabulous! The pizza is the best I've had so far with high crust, but everything else was delicious too! Beautiful location in the center of Bologna with outdoor tables as well. Congratulations and see you next time!

Guys at the tables were very kind and professional. But allow me a standing ovation for the chef Giacomo. The tortelloni pasta was wonderful, but above all the gluten-free pizza was unlike anything I'd ever eaten. Celiac disease really imposes sacrifices, but today I was taken back to when I wasn't celiac. Perfect, delicious, just like pizzas made with wheat flour. I recommend it to everyone. Roberto
