The pizza is delicious, both the regular and the gluten-free one. I was struck by the great attention to gluten contamination, which is essential for those with specific dietary needs like me. The evening with my boyfriend was really enjoyable, and we were both satisfied with the flavors we tasted. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere of the place is welcoming. The only advice I can give is to book in advance as the place is small.

Their gluten-free dough is undoubtedly one of the best in Florence, but unfortunately sometimes they seem distracted and make small mistakes. I once had a pizza with potato chips that bothered me; I imagined they might have inadvertently used their shared fryer because the pizza itself has never disturbed me. Another time, I found a piece of parchment paper under my pizza... Do they cook our pizzas on parchment paper? If the answer is yes, all the more reason I shouldn't find it on my plate.

I ordered a Contadina pizza for takeout on November 6th, and when I got home, I realized they delivered a Margherita with gluten. I called, and they were aware of it, but despite having my number in their call log, they didn’t notify me. Luckily, I noticed the mix-up; otherwise, I would have been in serious trouble. The pizza was good, but the negligence cannot be overlooked.
