I had gluten free vegan pizza it was absolutely the best. Hand made crust. Flavor excellent. Being vegan gluten free is hard to find good pizza. Look no further. It has been the highlight in florence for me. My husband had regular pizza and was very happy as well. Also try the fried pizza as appetizer with pesto, sauce and vegan cheese. It was delicious! Ate everything! The best.

We purchased a margherita pizza and salami. Initially 2 waitresses/counter staff, with the exception of 1, would not grreet and acted as if they did not want serve us. Unfortunately, we took the take out. The bread was nice and soft. The pizza sauce was bland and buffalo mozzarella cheese should have been included on a Margherita pizza. 3 women from the U.S. wanted to enjoy a pizza in Florence, however, each of us ate 1 slice and quit. There are better Italian restaurants in California. This was a waste of money.

This time we had dinner at the restaurant, and it was a great experience: truly tasty dishes and great attention to dietary needs (lactose-free for me and gluten-free for him). I chose the "Insieme" pizza, a special offering that won me over from the very first bite. The doughs are highly hydrated, leavened for 48 hours, prepared with stone-ground types 0 and 1 flours, and cooked in a wood-fired oven: the result is a crispy, light, and very digestible pizza, truly of excellent quality. The non-pizza alternatives also deserve a mention: my friend ordered a big salad as a main dish, which was abundant, well-presented, and very satisfying. An absolutely positive experience in every respect. I will definitely return to try other types of pizza. Highly recommended!

Today, for the first time, I visited the pizzeria in person and found a welcoming and family-like atmosphere, but that doesn’t mean it was any less attentive or professional. The staff was helpful and kind, and the food (including gluten-free options) was exceptional. It was an absolutely positive experience that I will gladly repeat. I particularly appreciated the owner (or the pizzaiolo, I apologize if that is incorrect) Andrea, who came to the tables at the end of dinner to check if everything was okay, showing genuine interest and care. On Wednesday 10/12/25 evening, I ordered 3 takeaway pizzas over the phone, including 1 gluten-free, saying I would arrive in 30 minutes. At the designated time, I arrived at the pizzeria, which was full. The waitresses were kind, even though they were very busy, but unfortunately, the pizzas were delivered to me after 45 minutes and several reminders. If there are long waiting times, they should be communicated in advance. Besides the poor service, I cannot be positive about the pizzas either; they were not delivered hot, the gluten-free one had a good dough but was completely dry and the mozzarella was overcooked. The regular ones were burnt on the bottom and on the crust.

The gluten-free pizza is excellent! We tried the gluten-free one with vegan mozzarella and I must say that the pizza was much better than many other pizzerias where we get the regular one. The dough is very light and super tasty! Moreover, it was a pleasure to chat with the manager, a very kind and helpful person like the rest of the staff. Gluten-free coccoli, pizza made with wholemeal dough (and a slice of gluten-free pizza stolen from my neighbor at the table), gluten-free tiramisù: this is the menu of my dinner. What can I say? The gluten-free dough from "Pizzeria Insieme" is the best I have ever tasted! The coccoli are soft and light like little clouds, the pizza is tasty and super digestible: the texture is the opposite of "chewy," which characterizes many pizzas from other places. The tiramisù was delicious, perfect because it wasn't overly sweet, as is often the case, and extremely pleasant in that contrast between the cream's softness and the biscuit's crunchiness. The wholemeal dough was really pleasing, with that pleasantly "rustic" flavor that invites you to devour the pizza in one go. Another very important detail: the ingredients are truly of excellent quality, from the ham and cheese that accompanied the coccoli to the cherry tomatoes and burrata that topped the pizza, not to mention the biscuits in the tiramisù. I want to emphasize the cherry tomatoes, which definitely had their own identity; they weren’t bland and watery like those sold in stores and supermarkets lately: this goes to show that "Pizzeria Insieme," besides knowing how to cook expertly, has also made a great effort in sourcing suppliers and fine ingredients for their recipes. The atmosphere feels like home, making you feel comfortable, and I particularly love the combination of the anthracite walls with the white furniture, creating a pleasant balance between modern and rustic. Speaking of feeling at home, I want to compliment the girls who served me and my friends, as they were very polite and cheerful, and they clearly showed that they care a lot about doing their job well, which made me feel pampered and important.

I hadn't gone out to eat pizza for a while because no one can make gluten-free pizza, but this evening opened up a whole new world for me. There were four of us, and we ordered different pizzas, plus a platter with coccoli. Everything was spectacular: the pizza was super light, the dough had a special flavor, all the ingredients were top quality and super fresh. They served it already sliced, which I appreciated a lot. The base is thin but not paper-like, and the crust is thicker, yet the dough is so good that you won't leave any crust behind. I had a gluten-free tiramisu for dessert, and it was delicious—very coffee-flavored and just sweet enough without being cloying, which is often the case with tiramisus elsewhere. Their gluten-free dough is undoubtedly one of the best in Florence, but unfortunately sometimes they seem distracted and make small mistakes. I once had a pizza with potato chips that bothered me; I imagined they might have inadvertently used their shared fryer because the pizza itself has never disturbed me. Another time, I found a piece of parchment paper under my pizza... Do they cook our pizzas on parchment paper? If the answer is yes, all the more reason I shouldn't find it on my plate.

There are many pizzerias that offer great gluten-free pizzas, but I rarely manage to finish a whole pizza because it weighs me down after a few bites. However, at Pizza Insieme, the pizza is super light and truly delicious. The owner, who is also the pizzaiolo, explained to me that the ingredients are all natural, and he managed, after much experimentation, to find the right mix of 3-4 different types of flour and to use the same amount of yeast as a 'normal' pizza. This makes it very light and digestible, and it's really tasty as well. The owners are very kind and helpful, and takeout is also available. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

One of the best in the area, used to eating authentic pizza I had low expectations, but it was a pleasant surprise! We came for dinner due to the intolerance of two friends, we will return a thousand more times! Very light dough, pizza already sliced (a game changer, saves time without letting the pizza get cold), very good ingredients! I ordered a Contadina pizza for takeout on November 6th, and when I got home, I realized they delivered a Margherita with gluten. I have been here several times since the pizzeria opened and I have always had a great experience. The pizza is really good and easy to digest, the ingredients are of excellent quality and the variety is extremely diverse, allowing for numerous options that cater to specific needs: many of the pizzas can indeed be ordered with gluten-free dough and/or vegan. New pizzeria in the Circondaria area. Offers excellent gourmet and classic pizzas. Fantastic. I've already tried several within a month of opening. The cherry on top is... gluten-free pizzas for celiac customers, my husband, who is celiac, is trying them all one by one... truly excellent. Andrea is amazing at making the pizzas, and Dorina is so kind, courteous, and attentive to customer reception and service. I will continue to go there... see you very soon.

What can I say, this is the second time we come to this pizzeria, and we tried different pizzas from the last time and they were delicious in both situations.
