Everything is completely gluten-free (including oat milk!) and vegan. It is immediately clear that every product has been thoughtfully designed and that a lot of work has gone into it. At the counter, they offer both the classic pastry items (fabulous croissant!) and confectionery.

I stumbled upon this place by chance for breakfast and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised.. the gluten-free croissants are amazing (from the plain one to the gianduia and the one with raspberry jam, which was also excellent) and it's not easy to find such artisanal and simultaneously good ones. The cappuccino with almond milk is also great for those who want a lactose-free option.. plus, the possibility to have breakfast with a view of the cathedral adds an extra point to the pleasant breakfast..

a wonderful experience to be able to have breakfast peacefully without having to specify anything!!! I tried the cream and gianduia croissant, sublime. The cappuccino is made with their artisanal almond milk and there are a lot of pastries, biscuits, and cakes. A must-try if you pass through Florence!

But what can I say, another GF gem in Florence that confirms for me the city with widespread GF solutions at the top for quality. I visited the new location near Boboli but I can confirm the quality is amazing.
