I modify my previous review as I accidentally discovered, thanks to a very meticulous waitress whom I thank very much, that they use the same grill for the skewers (which they claim are "gluten-free") and the dumplings (clearly containing gluten). I was very disappointed! For sure, there is only the "basic" sushi (some Nigiri, some Uramaki, some Hosamaki), edamame, and not much else. It's a shame because the food is very good (compared to the average quality offered by AYCE places).

Wide menu, possibility to make many dishes gluten-free, in addition to those that are naturally gluten-free, allergens clearly specified in the menu, they are informed and attentive to cross-contamination. Excellent quality/price ratio, friendly and reliable staff. It is not AIC certified. The only downside is that the place has a bit of a "canteen" feel and when crowded it is very noisy.
