truly one of the worst gluten-free pizzas I have ever tried, 2 ingredients at most, super salty tomato sauce, thick base that rose terribly, but ABOVE ALL the size of the pizza is miserable, very small. Very bad. Experience not to be repeated.

Excellent gluten-free pizza

One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten! Tasty pizza, and it digests easily. This also shows the quality of the dough, which is excellent! They were also careful to ask during the reservation if anyone has a gluten intolerance. I highly recommend it! Thank you ❤️

Gluten-free pizza in an informal setting, great for a low-key evening.

This is the right place to enjoy a good pizza. The pizzas are very good and the menu is vast. They also have a separate workshop to make pizzas for those with celiac disease. Unbeatable value for money, highly recommended.

Cozy place with tables arranged to overlook a small but characteristic little garden. Unusual pizzas and focaccias with special doughs. Pizza for celiac people prepared in a separate area by a person dedicated only to gluten-free.

Great pizza and nice place! The staff is friendly and they also make gluten-free pizzas! The prices are fair and the service is fast!

A very nice place for both summer and winter thanks to the outdoor and indoor areas. Gluten-free pizza is available. The quality of the pizzas is top-notch, maybe the best pizza in Pontedera.

There's little to say, the pizza is truly excellent, the long fermentation enhances the dough's fragrance, the gluten-free option for celiacs is good, and the whole grain one for diabetics is great (although not always available). The cooking is perfect, strictly wood-fired, with ingredients of extreme quality. Kudos to the organization of the place, which allows large tables for 30 or more people in a nice outdoor garden. The staff is kind and always smiling, and the beer selection is good; perhaps I would expand the range of craft beers. Waiting times vary depending on the day and time of the reservation, so I would recommend offering small appetizers to pass the time. For home delivery, the times are standard like all other pizzerias in the area. So, well done and keep it up, highly recommended place.

Horrible experience. I am celiac and felt unwell after eating your pizza; I should report you! One does not joke with others' health. The fact that you don't offer any vegetable pizza due to contamination risk (?) does not seem normal to me, but after this incident, I strongly advise all celiacs not to eat here.

Dinner with friends, cozy environment, air conditioning, nice area outside with more atmosphere. Parking is easily available. The pizzas are excellent, both regular and gluten-free, definitely worth it and well-stuffed. The appetizers are also good and well-presented. Fair prices. Excellent service and a smiling staff that knows how to welcome people.
