Trustworthy shop. They have a lot of products and a quality bakery/pastry. I have been sourcing from Essenza for years to make sweets for occasions. This year, the cake they made for my birthday, apart from being very beautiful aesthetically, was really very good. So much so that my friends said it didn't even seem gluten-free.

A well-stocked gluten-free food store. But what really deserves a review (with possibly 6 stars) is the pastry/bakery! There is a wide selection of gluten-free brioches, pastries, bread, and other savory products. I had one of the best gluten-free croissants ever! The jelly-filled doughnut was also delicious. There's a lovely little veranda with tables where you can enjoy these treats. Kudos to the pastry chef and thank you!

Additionally, a vast selection of packaged products. The fresh items are all made in-house, and they even make birthday cakes đ on request that are in no way inferior to regular gluten-containing pastries. This is a true paradise for celiacs and an oasis of gluten-free refreshment for those who want to carve out a moment of enjoyment, whether itâs a delicious breakfast or a tasty snack.

I am lactose intolerant and very refined wheat flour, and for me, this place is a paradise! Extremely high quality of baked goods and kind and helpful staff. The only downside: prices. Unfortunately, gluten-free, especially if of quality, comes at a cost. And in this case, itâs gladly paid, because everything is really delicious. Plus, they have a small area with chairs and tables where you can consume directly on the spot. I can only give the highest marks.

A small corner where celiac people can have breakfast, a snack, or a light meal feeling 'normal' because the choice of fresh products is varied and ample, and above all, it doesn't lose taste compared to gluten-containing products. A small outdoor space for a quick break, definitely practical. There is also a wide range of lactose-free products and the possibility of ordering fresh pasta. I don't rate it 5 only for the packaged products, which are those commonly found everywhere and where it would deserve to stand out a bit more in the selection to be truly top-notch. Anyway, excellent point of sale, there should be more of these 'little shops'!

Very nice shop, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in peace and buy excellent products, including fresh and delicious bread and schiacciate. I recommend that those with celiac disease buy at the little shop because the food is good.

What can I say about Botteghina... they're fabulous... the people who work there... and the things they produce.... Every time I visit, I feel spoiled because I always find something that tempts me, from small pizzas to fried pasta, to sweets of all kinds.... Since they renovated the place, the variety of products has increased and the quality is always excellent. Moreover, besides gluten-free, they also make lactose-free items, even on request, and this is pure gold for me because it allows me to enjoy things I otherwise couldnât, and for this, I thank Botteghina, Paola, and the girls who work there because they make sure we donât feel "different"... and it may seem trivial... but for those who suffer from food intolerances... it is very, very important. In addition to fresh daily products, Botteghina also has packaged products like flours, pasta, sweets, frozen items, etc.... in short... the gluten-free supermarket.... period :) In conclusion... it's true that they make everything gluten-free, but itâs good enough that... even those who donât have issues wonât notice the difference... try it to believe it.....
