I want to start by saying that for the second time we visited this place with a group of 10 people, including 4 celiacs. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; both times we licked our gluten-free lips! 😋😋 Ms. Stefania is very attentive and certified gluten-free. As for the price, we all know the proverb, "you get what you pay for." The meaning is very simple: those who spend more on reliable and quality products are much less likely to encounter issues that will lead to further expenses, rendering the initial savings useless. Highly recommended!

Restaurant with Tuscan cuisine (also pizzeria for dinner). The place is small. The choice of dishes is sufficient to satisfy almost all tastes (both fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes are available). We went on the recommendation of the lifeguard from the nearby thermal pool. Dishes are really well made, express cooking but quick service. We ate very well (linguine, steccata, tripe… all excellent!) Highly recommended. Also GLUTEN FREE cuisine (Il Merlo is listed in the guide and is authorized by AIC).

We stopped for lunch today at this restaurant that offers a wide gluten-free menu and it was a wonderful surprise! Quality products cooked with care! Great homemade gluten-free bread. Welcomed by the owners with warmth and kindness, we were served in the outdoor space with friendliness and professionalism, we will definitely return.
