I read a couple of enthusiastic reviews about Gluto regarding its attention to gluten free and the goodness of the gluten free cutlet. Honestly, if there is no mention of managing food intolerances on the official website (not even in the menu), I find it hard to believe that there is the necessary attention and preparation to avoid cross-contamination... (if the managers do not officially expose themselves, it is not a good sign). I don't think I will try the place.

The best gluten-free cutlet in all of Bologna. They also have different types of pasta and are very careful about contamination. I've been there many times and I've never felt unwell.

Siamo riusciti fortunatamente a trovare posto chiamando anche all'ultimo minuto. Il gestore è tutto il personale sono molto cordiali e ti fanno sentire come a casa. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo piatti tradizionali e tutti senza glutine. Ottime le tagliatelle al ragù e la cotoletta alla bolognese sempre senza glutine. Grazie di tutto

SENZA GLUTINE la cotoletta alla petroniana. Così buona che tutte le volte vorrei provare altro, ma non posso fare a meno di riprendere la cotoletta. Staff gentilissimo.
