Very good food and prepared staff. Too bad that despite continual updates for the staff through ASL I have felt ill twice out of the five times I ate there! A lot more ⚠️ attention 🚨 is needed.

The best gluten-free pizza in the area. I haven't found a better one than this, even in Empoli or Pontedera. Moreover, they have other gluten-free options on the menu, and they pay great attention to it.

We were in Empoli, and they recommended this pizzeria. Excellent place, in the center of San Miniato Alto. The waiters were very kind. The place has a nice and unique atmosphere. The pizza is very good and you can also choose gluten-free. Everything is very good and of high quality. The quality/price ratio is just right. I suggest the pistadella as the pizza, it’s excellent. The platters are also very good.
