The pizza was not good, unfortunately it was undercooked. The chocolate soufflé was decent.

Convenient location next to the Cisanello hospital (building 29), just cross the street. Each dish has potential allergens listed next to it, and the waiters are very attentive. There are also gluten-free options at the bar counter.

The food was amazing and the staff super nice. They were really considerate about gluten allergies and had a lot of choices in the menu. The restaurant itself is also authentic and beautiful. I absolutely recommend

The venue is located right near the Cisanello hospital in Pisa. It has many seats, and if you don't make a reservation, you have to wait for your turn. We had dinner in the veranda, which is cozy. We chose it because gluten-free pizzas are also available. Both the regular pizza and the gluten-free one are decent. For the gluten-free option, you can only choose from certain types, but it is worth mentioning that there is no extra charge. The bill is very, very honest.
