I celebrated my graduation at Caino. I chose the €22 menu per person with appetizers, first course, second course, side dish, water, and wine. Really satisfied! Very good food, generous portions, super helpful and kind staff. All the guests were pleased, even a gluten-sensitive person who had separate dishes! I recommend it ❤️

The venue is extremely evocative and adapts to any type of event and occasion; the platters are very generous, of excellent quality, and with a keen attention to any intolerances, which is by no means a given in central Pisa. The service is quick and the staff are fantastic at meeting customer needs. Oh, I almost forgot, the entertainment made us dream the whole evening: I highly recommend experiencing a night in this club; you will leave feeling rejuvenated in spirit!!

I had never been to such a miserable place. I never leave reviews, but in this case it’s essential because I wouldn’t want others to find themselves in such an uncomfortable situation. To organize my graduation party, I dealt with a PR who acted as an intermediary with the venue manager to arrange everything. Apparently, she seemed very clear and concise; all our conversations were unambiguous... Once we fixed the type of offer I had chosen, the location in the room, and that there would be a celiac girl, everything seemed ready. Once there, nothing was as it should be, especially regarding the arrangements made with the waiters about the type of offer chosen and the price. I ended up paying much more than what we had agreed with the PR. Shortly after these misunderstandings, the food arrived, in sizes that were nothing short of ridiculous (I had been to another party at the venue and they had served much more food...). But the most shameful part was related to the fact that I had asked if it was possible to make a specific menu for a celiac girl invited; I was told it was absolutely doable and there was no problem... Unfortunately, they clearly have no idea how to handle someone who is CELIAC, so much so that the girl in question felt unwell and went to the ER where she was given two injections of anti-nausea medication... A completely negative experience that should not be repeated. I advise anyone looking for a venue for any type of party to look elsewhere, especially if there are guests with special dietary needs.
