There are tons of gluten-free options, but everything is contaminated.

As a celiac, I was looking for a pastry shop or café that would allow me to have a gluten-free breakfast. However, when I asked for information, the staff explained that they do have gluten-free products, but they are very likely cross-contaminated, making them unsuitable for someone with celiac disease. So I left.

Uno is a special Café Bistrot, very attentive to people, even with the food they offer. They always have two or three gluten-free sweets for breakfast and a couple of lunch options. In addition, there is a wide selection of plant-based milks, juices (do remind them NOT to include the straw/pasta!), and smoothies.

Delightful holistic gastronomic corner offering a wide selection of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, to be accompanied by a warm herbal tea, milk (including plant-based and sugar-free) or much more. The friendliness of the staff is complemented by other fundamental values, such as the attention to detail in the environment, cleanliness (including the bathroom, well-equipped and in line with the venue), the central location, and fair prices. We will return!

I had a fantastic lentil crepe with local veggies, as a gluten sensitive person I really appreciated the creativity of Uno Caffé Olistico, it's not everyday you can find a place that offers such an unique GF meal option. The combination of red cabbage and mushrooms was fantastic! On the other hand I also had a GF vegan cheesecake which was on the other hand quite disappointing and pretty much flavourless... I should've ordered a different dessert.
