I have been there several times, always a calm and pleasant experience. The sandwiches are good and the beer (which is not on tap, but is still enjoyable) is also nice.

Something has changed in the kitchen, the sandwiches we ate (gluten-free and regular) were not good (cold, undercooked potatoes, little flavor...). The way to order is a bit disorganized, if there are many people it's hard to even understand who is first and who is next.

This place is a guarantee, highly recommended! Tasty food and appealing proposals, from burgers to desserts, including platters and delicious side dishes. Gluten-free options (even the burger bun) and vegan. Great craft beers. Honest prices, in line with the quality of the ingredients. Welcoming location, in the vibrant heart of Pisa's nightlife. Friendly and professional staff. A highlight: the gender-neutral bathrooms. (The desserts were so good that I didn't have time to photograph them untouched!)
