terrible evening. arrogant and rude waiters, greasy pizza and nothing special. the service was so bad that it made it even worse. I strongly advise against it.

The pizza was delicious; I tried it for the first time a few days ago with the home delivery service (super convenient, not everyone offers it) and it was decent even when it got cold. The staff assured me that they have a dedicated space and oven for gluten-free pizzas to avoid cross-contamination.

I went to Gui in the summer of 2022 and even then they offered gluten-free options; I particularly came for the gourmet pizzas. The problem back then was that the gluten-free pizzas were too thin and hard. Tonight, two years later, we ordered gluten-free pizzas (for delivery) and what a surprise... the dough is excellent! It's nice and soft, not chewy, with a perfect crust. The selection of pizzas in general also seems broader, each one better than the last. Given this change, I will definitely return to eat at the restaurant!

This place has greatly exceeded my expectations. The menu offers a variety of original and well-filled pizzas, in addition to many other culinary proposals. You can order gluten-free pizza, which is really delicious, and among the options, there’s also lactose-free mozzarella (but it’s not vegetarian). The prices are not among the cheapest, but they are not excessive either and are more than justified by the quality of the product. The place is very nice and the staff is kind and helpful. Overall, highly recommended!
