I came to Cisanello for an appointment and stopped to grab something quick for lunch. Although I am celiac, I went to the counter to ask if they had anything for me. They replied that they have focaccia with cooked or raw ham. I took the one with raw ham. 8 euros. Gluten-free is acceptable. They heated it in parchment paper. The result was completely dry... a microscopic flatbread... no cheese, no vegetables... nothing... a dry and salty raw ham focaccia! Never again!
