We arrived at 8:30 PM on a Sunday and were told they had already run out of both gluten-free bread for hamburgers and hot dogs, so there was nothing to eat.

I ordered a gluten-free HD hotdog and fries to go. The potatoes were a pleasant surprise: artisanal, cooked to perfection, and really tasty. Compliments! As for the gluten-free HD hotdog, I believe there is room for improvement. • The gluten-free bread is a bit dry: simply heating it on a grill would make it more fragrant and enjoyable. • The sausage used didn’t completely convince me: I expected a more refined product, similar to those typical of Trentino or German styles, which would give more personality to the dish rather than a common sausage like those found in supermarkets. • In terms of balance, I found there was a bit too much bread compared to the condiments. Another observation concerns the sauces: paying €0.30 for a very small packet of mayonnaise didn’t excite me. Generally, these packets are provided for free, and considering the price, I would have expected a more original or higher-quality offering to justify the cost. Given the price, which is close to that of a hamburger, I think focusing on toasted bread and higher-quality sausages would make the hotdog much more competitive and satisfying. Overall, the experience wasn't negative, and I will definitely try the hamburger as well: maybe it will surprise me!

I'm celiac but I couldn't eat there; no sandwich can be modified, it must always contain a meat burger (which I don't eat), or the Beyond Meat vegan burger that isn't gluten-free. The boy at the counter said: 'Yes, but the Beyond Burger doesn't have gluten in the ingredients.' I would respond: 'You're part of Aic Toscana, you know that processed products like vegan burgers are not suitable for celiacs unless they have the label "gluten-free"? If you go to the supermarket and grab any pack of Beyond, it doesn’t have the “gluten-free” label, does it?' I would have even paid extra to have a different sandwich, even just vegetables and cheese and some fries. At that point, my husband didn't order either, and we left. How nice it is to be attentive to customers' needs; after all, I only asked to remove one ingredient, not to add anything exotic. If it's more important for you to operate this way, then good luck.

Location just outside the Pisa airport. We chose it for its proximity and because it offers gluten-free bread. The raw materials used are very good, such as the potatoes which I recommend. The gluten-free sandwich was not as good. The service is very polite.

These are freaking amazing burgers and I love the fries. 🙌 The staff was very friendly too, which is always a sign of a great place because you know the food is made with love! 🤗 They also had gluten-free buns so that was really nice to have. This is definitely a must when you’re in Pisa!

Sometimes we come here to Luigi's because we like to try the specials they occasionally have. Tonight, however, there are none; it seems that this "initiative" is no longer available. What’s worse is that at 9:00 PM on Saturday night, they ran out of gluten-free hamburger buns, so they could only make hot dogs! We asked if they could make a hamburger with hot dog buns, but no, the guy at the register informed us that company policy doesn’t allow it, so it’s hot dogs or nothing!!!! This time was awful!!!!

Absolutely one of the best places to eat here in Pisa. We came by chance with my family of six, and we were all pleasantly satisfied, with practically everything gluten-free, including dessert and potatoes, certified AIC. The staff were kind, welcoming, and super clean. The owner was available and friendly, service was quick, and everything was truly delicious. I recommend including it in your itinerary; it is ABSOLUTELY worth it!

Medium-sized location, located in a residential area served by public transport and easily reachable by car. Although not very spacious, there are outdoor seating arrangements (not for table service). The quality of the products is excellent, including gluten-free options, the food is very good, the staff is kind, absolutely recommended. However, prices are high.
