The worst gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten.

I am celiac and have been going to this restaurant/pizzeria for years. Everything is delicious, both the pizza they make, the burgers, the focaccina, and regarding the dining option. Almost everything is available in a gluten-free version. The pizza is cooked in the same wood-fired oven where normal pizzas are cooked, but contrary to what was written in another review, cross-contamination is guaranteed to be avoided.

I tasted the gluten-free pizza, good.

To give the right sense to this application, I specify that this pizzeria does not guarantee the absence of contamination; the pizza is cooked in the same wood-fired oven where gluten pizzas are cooked in special containers, but in the same oven.

The 4 stars are the sum of various components, but the most important is certainly that of the food. I can only express a judgment on the pizzas, so it is a bit limited, since they were purchased for takeout. Reservation time respected, modern and informal venue. Good pizza with a "Pisan-style" cooking, pleasant dough but in some places a bit too thick and doughy (personal tastes). Special mention for a gluten-free Arabic bread that was really good.

A family pizzeria since forever. Never a disappointment, even for gluten-free and celiac customers.

Charming place, with a kitchen that also offers gluten-free options. The stuffed zucchini flowers with goat cheese on a bed of cuttlefish (divine, exceptional), delicious warm seafood appetizer Coccio di Mare, great tempura fried items... The spaghetti with clams and bottarga are very good. Generous portions. Very good gluten-free focaccia. Highly recommended. P.S. Gluten-free pizzas are excellent.
