Pizza SG (normal dough) so good that it didn't even seem like SG. I will definitely have it again! I also tried the mixed fried SG and that was very good too. And there was no extra charge!

Everything available even gluten-free, super attentive and sweet staff, the best pizza I've ever eaten, especially in all of Bologna!! They are my certainty, my partner (non-celiac) even prefers the gluten-free one to the normal one.

Pizza, fried dishes, seafood first courses, all amazing. With high-quality ingredients. The frying is very light and crispy. Highly recommended; they have a separate kitchen being AIC affiliated. If I really have to find a flaw, it is a bit expensive, but it is the best in Bologna to date.

Everything is very good, from appetizers to desserts and pizzas. There are many seafood specialties and also fried dishes. The staff is very attentive and highlights the gluten-free person to avoid mistakes (which is not common). A bit expensive but very, very good.

The best for detachment. Superlative pizza, not to mention the cuisine. All the dishes are gluten-free; those with a minority of flour in the preparation are gluten-free for everyone. And the most important thing for me, and it's very rare in Italy, there is no extra charge. A great sign of civility. Since the pizza is often burnt on the bottom, sometimes to the point of being inedible, despite the excellent quality and all the other positive aspects (quick service, wide selection, etc.), I don't think I'll return. It's a real shame.
